Arrival & Parking
1. Enter Sans Souci through the front gate using the code in your Welcome Email and Text Message.
2. Enter the parking garage. Drive straight ahead and take the first garage entrance.
3. Pass the elevators on your right; your reserved space is Parking Spot 205.
4. Luggage carts are available near the garage elevators for your convenience.
5. Once inside the condo, please place the parking pass on your dashboard or rearview mirror as soon as possible to avoid a ticket or tow.
Important: Please park only in Spot 205. Parking is limited, and clear parking guidance helps prevent building issues and complaints.
Condo Entry
Your condo door code is the last four digits of the booking guest’s phone number.
Enter those four numbers on the lock—no other buttons are needed.

Starter Supplies
We provide a small starter supply to help you get settled. Please plan to bring or purchase additional items for longer stays.
TV
Turn on the TV and select Live TV as the source for cable channels. You may also sign in to your own streaming apps.
Please remember to log out of personal streaming accounts before checkout.
Washer & Dryer
Washer: Bottom unit
1. Place clothes in the bottom machine.
2. Add one provided detergent packet directly into the washer drum with the clothes.
3. Close the door.
4. Press Power, select Normal, then press Start.
Dryer: Top unit
1. Move washed clothes to the top machine.
2. Close the door.
3. Press Power, select Normal, then press Start.
4. Please clean the lint filter after every load.
Nest Thermostat
The Nest thermostat is on the triangular bookshelf near the Murphy bed.
• Turn the outer ring to adjust the temperature.
• To change modes, press the ring, select Mode, then select Heat, Cool, or Heat -
Please leave the fan set to Auto.
Please keep the sliding glass door closed whenever the A/C is running. An open exterior door or window makes air conditioning less effective and wastes significant energy.
Murphy Bed
The Murphy bed is the wall unit with handles, located across from the dining table.
Master Bedroom
The headboard has built-in reading lamps. Touch the pads on the sides of the headboard to turn them on or off.
Trash
Trash chutes are located in each stairwell. Please use them for bagged household trash during your stay.
Beach Chairs & Umbrellas
Lazy Days, located directly in front of the condo, offers beach-chair and umbrella rentals.
House Rules: Please help us keep Sans Souci Getaway comfortable for every guest and neighbor.
• No pets.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the condo or on the balcony.
• Keep the sliding glass door closed while A/C is running. Do not leave the front door open while the sliding glass door is open. Wind pressure can make the front door slam shut suddenly and cause injury.
• Flush only toilet paper and human waste. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other items.
• Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors, especially in the evening. Parking, noise, and trash are common concerns in Pensacola Beach condo communities.
Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
Before you leave, please:
• Gather all personal belongings.
• Place bagged trash in the kitchen trash can; no need to take it out.
• Load the dishwasher; no need to start it.
• Log out of any personal streaming accounts.
• Confirm the balcony door is closed and locked.
• Place the parking pass back inside the condo.
